Sneaky Pinky by Amy Doslich

Book Blurb
Β

I thought I had read all of these books to date, and they just keep evolvingβ€”but I’ve just seen a new one to delve into.

The first thing I want to say is if you have anything to do with a preschool, nursery or kindergarten, please get a full set of these books for your classroom. This is the best preschool series I’ve seen, and as the mother of two and grandmother of six, I’ve read a lot of books for under 5’s. Parents and guardians, grab these books for your children, you won’t be disappointed.

In this story, Hannah and Mary have to find Pinky, Hannah’s favourite stuffie bunny, but Pinky is very naughty and is hiding from them. They search here, they search there, but that elusive Pinky is hiding well. It’s super sweet and charming. The girls are just gorgeous, and if you’ve followed the series, we have seen them from birth to growing up.

These books get right to the heart of the characters because they are the author’s real-life children. There is no better way to know a character than to be their mum. The illustrations are as good as the story and they are done by the talented author, too. Reading one of these books is like being invited into the author’s home to meet her lovely family.

This book is special because we have the introduction of a search-and-find gameβ€”with an advanced option for slightly older children. It’s fantastic for young minds and fingers to explore.

I can’t stay it any stronger. These are perfect books for keeping young children entertained while they learn. Beautifully written, perfectly illustrated and a joy to own.

I am so glad to become a writer and illustrator. It has been a very fun process. I live in Southlake, TX with my husband, my 5 year old daughter (Hannah), my 1 year old daughter (Mary), and my 13lb Pomeranian (Snowball). I also work as a retirement actuary, so as you can imagine I have quite a bit going on! However, I hope to add more books soon about my two wonderful daughters that hopefully your children can relate to as well.
